EL TUCÁN was a vibrant fine-dining restaurant in Brickell, Miami’s financial district, inspired by the cabarets of 1940s Havana. EAMSTUDIO conceptualized El Tucán, shaping its brand identity and creative direction from the ground up. In collaboration with artist Happy Menocal, we designed the menus, curated programming, managed operating supplies and equipment, and furniture, fixtures, and crafted staff uniforms, all reflecting the lively spirit of early 20th-century Havana. EAMSTUDIO also handled digital marketing, social media strategy, press strategy, food and beverage photography, and hospitality lifestyle photoshoots.
