EAMSTUDIO conceptualized SOPHIE, a French cocktail bar & lounge, in 2024. We crafted Sophie’s brand identity and creative direction to distinguish it within Houston’s competitive food and beverage branding scene. For the interior design, we infused bohemian touches into the FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) and OS&E (operating supplies and equipment), capturing the dreamy essence of Southern France. EAMSTUDIO led the opening marketing strategy, including
Public Relations & digital marketing management. EAMSTUDIO continues to oversee digital marketing, social media strategy, hospitality lifestyle photoshoots, and food and beverage photography for Sophie’s social profiles.
